The Esop Shop is a black empowered company that provides two core services to its clients, namely a comprehensive and expert corporate advisory service on the design and establishment of Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and an ongoing ESOP or community ownership management, education and communication service.
To date Esop Shop has advised over 125,000 employee beneficiaries worth R12bn in transaction value. Under its corporate advisory service, their clients have benefited from their design expertise to ensure compliance with broad based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) imperatives in ways that align the company strategic business objectives with employee and or community ownership and empowerment imperatives.
